Steps of installation method for single-pole slide line of bridge crane
The single-pole safety sliding line is a kind of power supply sliding line commonly used in overheadcranes, which can be used for electric single-beam cranes and double-beam bridge cranes. The editor briefly introduces the installation method of the single pole slide line.
The installation steps of the single pole slide line are as follows:
To install the trolley contact line, first familiarize yourself with the overview and structural characteristics of all cranes, and then set the length of the workshop according to the on-site power input point, and then install it. The following takes the unipolar trolley line as an example to list the installation procedures and requirements:
- Install the sliding contact wire bracket, and install the angle steel bracket on the track beam with welding or expansion bolts according to the specified spacing. The erection of the bracket is the key to the installation quality of the sliding contact line, and it is an important link to ensure the flatness and usability of the sliding contact line. The flatness of the support must be ensured on the entire line. The extension size of the angle steel should be the same. The angle steel should be parallel and not skewed. . The plane of the angle steel with rectangular holes should be in a horizontal plane, and the factory holes should be in a line. Generally, the steel wire can be used for leveling and alignment. The distance between the two brackets of the light trolley line <1.5m
- Install the lifting bracket on the angle steel bracket. Do not tighten the nut at this time, and tighten it after the sliding contact line is installed and adjusted.
- Install the sliding contact line connector sheath. Put the trolley wire into the bayonet of the lifting frame and jam it (the lifting clip of the heavy wire has been installed on the wire). After the sliding contact line is installed, level it and tighten the nut of the hanger. Install the connector into the other end of the first group of wires, and install the second group of trolley wires in the same way. Connect the two sliding contact wires with a connector, install the connector sheath, level and tighten the safety sliding contact wires. Install all trolley wires accordingly. Note that the joint should be smooth and the gap should be less than 0.5mm.
- Install the power input section.
Install the power input section according to the designed power supply mode, be sure to tighten it, and then install the protective cover. - Install the sheath fixing clip. Install the fixing clip according to the design plan, two in one line
- Install the end sheath. Install end sleeves at both ends of the sliding contact line, or you can install it in advance before hanging.
inspection. The entire sliding contact line should be carefully checked after installation. The sliding contact line should be straight, the spacing should be consistent, and the sliding contact line should be parallel to the crane rail with a deviation ≤ 5mm, the suspension should be tightened, and the joints should be smooth. - Install the current collector and its bracket. After the sliding contact line is installed, the current collector can be installed. The distance between the center line of the current collector bracket and the lower surface of the lower sheath of the sliding contact line is H=155mm, that is, when the current collector contact shoe is placed in the sliding contact line ︿-shaped groove, The collector connecting rod must be level. Block M must be installed horizontally and parallel to the sliding contact line. The tip of the sliding contact line ︿-shaped groove must be in the same vertical plane as the vertical centerline of the current collector.
The cable of the collector is connected with the cable of the electrical equipment. Note that before wiring, check whether the various insulation requirements of the motor meet the requirements according to routine. If any abnormality is found, it should be repaired or replaced. - Connect the power supply. Connect the power cord firmly to the power input section, and pay attention to pressing it tightly.
Test drive. First, test the crne with no load and run it back and forth several times. If there is any abnormality, stop immediately, cut off the power supply, conduct inspections, and troubleshoot.
