Inspection work of the grab bridge crane driver before work
Grab bridge crane drivers must implement shift inspections for shifts, and record the inspection and operation of each shift in detail.
The inspection content includes:
- The controller contacts should be in good contact to ensure normal speed regulation.
- Each brake must be flexible and reliable (especially the hoisting mechanism).
- The coupling must not be loosened.
- Buffers for large and small cars are complete and reliable.
- The collector support and flexible cords are not allowed to hang, jam, touch, or fall off.
- Each safety switch must be complete, flexible and reliable.
- No obstacles are allowed on the tracks of large and small cars.
- Motor carbon brushes and slip rings must be smooth, in good contact, and normal speed regulation.
- The tightening and winding of the wire rope must be correct, and the damage shall not exceed the scrap standard.
- The hook and pulley rotate flexibly, and no cracks or ruptures are allowed. The anti-loosening nut must be reliable.
- Run dry run test run, and work only if you are sure that it is safe and reliable.
- The rails are tight, and the joints are tight and straight.
