Circumstances where the use of grab overhead crane is prohibited
Anyone with one of the following conditions is prohibited from using it.
- The wire rope reaches the scrap standard.
- Grabs, pulleys and reels reach the scrap standard.
- The braking torque of the brake cannot hold the rated load.
- The limit switch is out of order.
- The main stress parts have cracks and open welding.
- The elastic deformation or permanent deformation of the main beam exceeds the repair limit.
- Wheel cracks, chipping, severe gnawing or “three legs”.
- The electrical zero protection link is out of function or the insulation does not reach the specified value.
- The temperature rise of the motor exceeds the specified value.
- One-phase open circuit of rotor and resistor.
- There are people in the car.
- After new installation, modification, and overhaul, it has not been accepted as qualified.
- The track beam is loose, broken, objects are broken, and the terminal gear fails.
