Five Conditions of Electric Chain Hoist Operation
When the electric chain hoist is in operation, the following five conditions must be stopped immediately. For this reason, we will introduce in detail:
1. It is unclear whether the limit load of the electric hoist or the weight of the object exceeds the limit, for example, a straight object with its weight drawn or pulled unclear, and a diagonal inclined hanger;
2. The product structure or parts have defects or damages that affect the normal safe lifting work, such as failure of the brake safety device, damage of the anti-loosening device of the hook nut, and the standard of scrapping of the steel wire rope, etc.;
3. In the hoisting operation, the bundling and hanging are not firm or unbalanced and may slide. When the product is hoisted by the steel wire rope, there is no padding between the corners of the weight and the wire rope.
4. When lifting, it is forbidden to stand on suspended objects or have suspended matter;
5. The workplace is dim, and it is impossible to see the site, the situation of hanging objects, the command signal, etc.
