Explosion-proof Electric Hoist Features

Explosion-proof Electric Hoist is mainly composed of: Lifting motor, reducer, reel device, hook set, electric control system, traveling trolley, safety devices, etc.

Lifting Motor

Explosion-proof Electric Hoist using BZD or BZDS explosion-proof conical rotor motor. General protection class IP54, special requirements can meet IP55, IP65 (dust explosion-proof), insulation class F, special requirements can meet H class.

Lifting gear and reel device

Lifting gear and reel device are the same with CD electric hoist, MD electric hoist. Hook set and traveling trolley
Depending on the different levels of explosion-proof, the hook head portion and wheel tread portion adopt different explosion-proof protection. The rest are same with the CD, MD electric hoist.

Electronic control system

Explosion-proof Electric Hoist electrical control system consists of explosion-proof hoist box, explosion-proof button control box and explosion off the fire limiter. Explosion-proof electrical equipment shell is firmly airtight, in order to meet the corresponding requirements of the explosion-proof grade; its internal functions are basically the same with general use electric hoist electrical device.

Electrical components inside the Explosion-proof hoist box adopt high quality, good reliability, and long service life Siemens low-voltage electrical components to minimize the times that explosion-proof box open due to electrical fault. Inside of the control box and button control box are provided with electrical safety devices, to avoid short circuit occurs due to mis operation.
Button box with emergency stop switch, convenient in case of emergency, quickly stop the motor. Button on the control box adopts internationally used arrow symbol, and use 36V safety control voltage.

Explosion off the fire limiter composed of limiter control box and external guide rod. Wire rope guide block on the reel pushes guide rod and then touched the limiter control to cut off the lifting motor power.
